Mental health self care is a topic that is being talked about more and more these days. Do you think the sisters in your Relief Society can benefit from an activity focused on learning how to be kind our minds? If so, this may be a great activity to plan for your sisters.

Activity Suggestions

You'll want to prayerfully tailor this activity to the needs and interests of your sisters. Here are some ideas generously shared by other RS sisters:

  • Ask a professional therapist to come and give a presentation on mental health self care.

  • Make beeswax lip balm. Click HERE for tutorial. If you use small tins instead of tubes, you can allow sisters to choose their own essential oils.
